⚡ According to the MRCDD, in this activity you will work with the following indicator:

  • Area 6. Development of Digital Competence in Students
  • Stage: B
  • Progression Level: B1
  • Competence: 6.4 Responsible Use and Digital Well-being
  • Indicator 1: 6.4.B1.1 Integrates in the teaching-learning processes situations aimed at helping students develop the knowledge, habits, and values to make safe, responsible, critical, healthy, and sustainable use of digital technologies.
  • Indicator 2: 6.4.B1.2 Teaches students to implement, from a technical point of view, the cybersecurity protocol established in the school’s digital plan in all actions where they must use digital technologies and provides guidelines to transfer these measures to other areas.

Task to be carried out

In this voluntary and optional task, design a permanent communication strategy with students, families, and other members of the educational community to establish an effective communication channel for periodically sharing important information and resources aimed at improving online security, navigation, device settings, and personal information protection.

How to submit the task?

1️⃣ Voluntarily, upload to this task a public link or example of this new communication channel with students or members of the educational community.
2️⃣ Additionally, to meet the B1 level requirements, and to verify that you are a professional who adopts digital technologies in your teaching practice, submit proof that you are using this material with your students. This could be a photo, video, audio, or screenshot of your virtual environment (e.g., Classroom) showing that this material is available as a reference for your students, a screenshot of your gradebook with grades, or any material that shows its implementation.
